S.C.R.E.A.A.M. submits a letter to the SFO Roundtable

Here is the letter the we recently submitted to both the SFO Roundtable Members (via our SFO Roundtable representative David Takashima) and to Jackie Speier’s office this past week at the SFO Roundtable Meeting.  We also spoke at the meeting introducing S.C.R.E.A.A.M. as a group, explaining the intention of this letter, and asking that our specific requests in it be considered when the SFO Roundtable submits their own more comprehensive letter to the FAA in the coming weeks.

  1. Hi guys,
What is the source for the actual flight data that you used for your zip code 94127 analysis? Thanks.

  3. Alberto – The data were gathered right at the SFO Noise Abatement office (at SFO) in their proprietary system. The parameters were the following: the previous 3 months (Mar,Apr,May 2016), what percentage of flights below 8500 feet were SSTIK from SFO, what percentage were CNDEL from Oakland, or other. Hope this answers your question.
